For a variety of applications, it is necessary to separate a large amount of solid components or water in a short time. Equipment that requires manual replacement of the slurry filter is usually not available for such work procedures. 

For this reason, the ASS series of process water recycling equipment that can automatically remove the slurry is used at this time. The automatic process water recycling equipment is characterized by automatic separation of solid particles after separation and collection in a slurry tank of 300 L below the centrifuge. The rotor is cleaned after the end of the process, cleaning up any residual dirt that may be present, and avoiding unbalance and resulting temporary bearing wear during the subsequent cleaning cycle. To protect the centrifuge, the series installs unbalanced sensors in batches to shut down the equipment when necessary.
